How to change the default background of window

*Firstly look at the default background of ur window which is white

*White background effect ur eyes more than the dark background, so eye specilised recommend u to use grey

background of the window. so lets see the trick
*Right click on the destop
*Go to properties
*Select Appearance
*Select advance as shown in fig below

* Now select window in the option bar
*change the colour of the window
*press ok
*Look at the new look of ur window background
