How to correct the blinking of monitor

*Right click on ur destop

*Go to graphics properties

*A window is open as shown in fig

*Select display setting

*Change the refresh rate 75 hertz

*If u are using 15" monitor then 60 hertz is sufficient to reduce the blinking of monitor

*If u are using 17" monitor then 75 hertz is sufficient

*If u are using bigger than 17" monitor then set the refresh rate according to ur requirement but one thing is important to mention that more refresh may demage to monitor so 75 hertz is average
